Daddy: Sorry you can't have M&Ms. How about a pancake?
Samuel: Yes!
Daddy: What would you like on your pancake?
Samuel: Chocolate!
Daddy: Sorry you can't have chocolate. How about butter?
Samuel: mmmmmm....ok. But I want butter on my pancake and syrup on my butter!

Mmmmm! Chocolate on pancakes. I'm going to have to try that one.
ReplyDeleteSamuel may never grow out of the chocolate thing. My sister Amanda (age 30, I might add) STILL insists on having chocolate on her pancakes!! And now her daughter is the same way. I vote for butter and syrup. :)
