Saturday we took our bikes on the metrorail downtown and then biked to the library book sale at the convention center. Stacia got 3 hardback cookbooks: Stop and Smell the Rosemary, The Yellow Farmhouse Cookbook, and The Versatile Grain and Elegant Bean. Samuel got many train books. Then we went to Stacia's company picnic where we ate while Samuel napped. Then we won $40 in gift cards by dominating at the egg toss and three-legged race. Then Samuel got to ride a horse, play ping pong, play in the sand, go on an inflatable water slide, and chow down on chocolate, snow cones, popcorn, soda, ice cream bars, candy.
